In my experience evaluating Cloudfutures, a couple of areas raised caution for me, particularly around customer support and transparency. While the broker is regulated in China and holds a futures license, I could only find a single customer service email and one phone number as contact channels. For a trader who values responsive and multi-channel support—especially in volatile markets—this can be limiting. I prefer to have access to live chat or immediate support options in case I encounter urgent issues during trading, which simply don’t seem to be available here. Additionally, I noticed a lack of clarity about their trading conditions and processes on the website. As someone who believes transparency is essential for building trust, the absence of clear details about minimum deposits, fees, or withdrawal policies stands out as a potential risk. Although Cloudfutures offers several proprietary and self-developed trading platforms, there is no demo account option to test their reliability or user experience firsthand. This makes it difficult for me to assess how the platform might handle high volumes or sudden market movements before committing real funds. Ultimately, while Cloudfutures is regulated and has been operating for several years, the limited customer support channels and lack of transparency around essential trading information are drawbacks that give me pause. For my own trading, I would proceed with significant caution and would want these issues addressed before relying on the broker for any substantial trading activity.
