In my experience as a trader evaluating brokers, understanding the full scope of fees is crucial for making informed decisions and protecting my capital. With R K Global, the fee structure is multifaceted and requires close scrutiny due to their lack of regulatory oversight, which naturally raises my level of caution. For equities trading, R K Global operates on two primary schemes, with retail brokerage services on the NSE/BSE capital market segment. They advertise unlimited trading in derivatives for retail brokers, but what stands out to me is the Rs. 9 per lot commission for trading outside capital markets. This is a flat-fee structure, which can appeal to high-frequency traders, but the absence of transparent details on how spreads are handled or whether they can widen under volatile conditions makes it difficult for me to estimate total transaction costs reliably. Additional fees are also notable. For equity sales, there is a DP fee of Rs. 12.5 per sale transaction (seller only), an extra Rs. 25 for placing orders via phone, and if I opt for digital contracts by email, there’s a Rs. 30 fee per contract—higher still if I need a physical copy. Opening a Demat account incurs a one-time Rs. 50 fee. I want to emphasize that these “smaller” costs accumulate over time, impacting net profitability. Unfortunately, information about deposit and withdrawal fees—or even explicit spread details—is absent. This lack of transparency is a significant drawback for me personally, as I value knowing all potential costs upfront. Without regulation, there’s an added risk that fees could change without adequate notice or recourse. Therefore, I approach brokers like R K Global with considerable caution and am mindful of reading all terms meticulously before funding an account.
