Unfortunately, Pi Securities is not regulated by the Thai SEC or any other well-known global regulatory body. This lack of supervision means there is no official entity ensuring that Pi Securities adheres to established financial standards or protecting client interests according to internationally recognized frameworks. For me, the absence of regulatory oversight is a significant concern. In the trading industry, licensing by a reputable authority not only signals legitimacy but also offers a structured process for dispute resolution and deposit protection—key safety nets that I depend on when choosing a provider. According to what I have found, Pi Securities operates independently without oversight, which inherently carries a heightened risk profile. Based on this, I would strongly advise maintaining caution and conducting in-depth due diligence before engaging in any financial activity with an unregulated firm like Pi Securities.
