In my personal experience evaluating brokers, one of my key considerations is the combination of platform flexibility and regulatory transparency. With HoxtonWealth, I looked closely at their proprietary Hoxton Wealth App and noted that the available information focuses primarily on managed portfolios and investment solutions rather than explicit tools for trading automation. There’s no mention of popular third-party trading platforms—like MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5—which are traditionally essential for deploying Expert Advisors (EAs). The absence of detail regarding support for EAs is concerning for me, especially as someone who relies on automation for parts of my trading routine. It’s also particularly relevant to point out that HoxtonWealth is unregulated, which adds significant risk and complicates trust in the platform’s ecosystem and the protection of algorithmic strategies. Given both the lack of regulatory oversight and unclear platform specifications, I would not feel comfortable assuming that HoxtonWealth currently allows for the use of EAs or provides the technical infrastructure needed for robust automated trading. For my own trading, this would be a decisive factor in favor of seeking out a more established and regulated broker with a proven record of EA compatibility and transparent platform features.
