In my experience as a trader accustomed to utilizing automated strategies, I pay close attention to whether a broker supports robust trading platforms like MT4 or MT5, as these are essential for deploying Expert Advisors (EAs). Nobata, despite being regulated by the Japan Financial Services Agency and established for over a decade, unfortunately does not offer MT4 or MT5 access. This immediately limits the use of EAs, since such automated trading tools heavily depend on the compatibility and scripting environment of those platforms. When I investigated further, I also noticed that Nobata focuses mainly on traditional financial instruments such as stocks, ETFs, bonds, and derivatives rather than spot forex or commodities. This, combined with the absence of any mention of proprietary or alternative automation-capable platforms, leads me to conclude that automated trading via EAs isn’t feasible here. For traders like myself who rely on algorithmic strategies, this is a significant limitation. Given the lack of a demo account and the limited information on customization or API access, I would encourage anyone considering Nobata specifically for EA trading to proceed very cautiously. In my view, Nobata is better suited to manual trading in traditional securities rather than automated, forex-focused strategies.
