As an experienced trader who has evaluated numerous brokers over the years, I approach PAXOS with considerable caution. While the company has been in operation for several years and is registered in the United States, the absence of regulation by any reputable financial authority is, for me, a substantial red flag. When a broker is not overseen by leading regulators like the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC, it becomes much harder for traders to have confidence in the integrity and security of their funds. What concerns me further are the user reports and exposures noted: repeated issues with withdrawal, website access problems, unsolicited deposit requests, and even accounts of funds being frozen. These experiences, especially when combined with the platform’s lack of regulatory oversight, underscore significant risks. Although PAXOS offers a range of services in digital assets and payments, for me, the lack of transparency about fees and the high-risk warnings attached to its license and business scope cannot be ignored. In my judgment, I would not consider PAXOS legitimate for trading purposes given these warning signs. My experience tells me that, for something as critical as safeguarding my capital, established regulation and a track record of trustworthy client interactions are non-negotiable. Without these, the potential risks far outweigh any advertised benefits.
