In my experience as a trader, there are several aspects about SK that raise concerns, particularly around customer support and platform stability. The most critical issue for me is the lack of regulatory oversight—SK is not regulated by the South Korean FSC or FSS, and this absence of recognized supervision makes it very difficult to trust that customer grievances will be addressed impartially or efficiently. This alone has made me particularly cautious, as clients have limited recourse in the event of disputes or technical problems. Additionally, there is limited transparent information available about trading conditions, spreads, or the reliability of their trading platform. From what I could gather, while SK claims to have self-developed trading apps and a range of digital services, I haven’t found detailed disclosures on platform execution speeds or downtime statistics. This makes it hard for me to verify their claims of robust technology and customer service. Given the high potential risk indicated and lack of regulatory backing, I have not felt confident enough to rely on their support should any issues arise with the platform or my account. For me, a combination of transparent platform details, responsive customer service, and strong oversight are basic requirements—and unfortunately, SK doesn’t seem to fulfill these criteria. I advise exercising extra caution and making sure all critical information is clarified before considering trading with SK.
