Compass is registered in the United States and holds an unverified NFA license. While this may suggest some degree of oversight, the unverified status of its NFA license raises concerns about its legitimacy. Regulatory bodies such as the NFA are supposed to ensure that brokers operate transparently and adhere to industry standards. However, an unverified license means that Compass may not be subject to the same rigorous checks and balances as fully regulated brokers. In my view, the lack of a fully verified regulatory status makes Compass a risky platform for traders seeking a secure environment for their investments.
