99FX is not currently regulated, which is a significant concern for me as a trader. When a broker is unregulated, there’s no oversight from a recognized financial authority, and that can expose me to greater risks. I’ve always preferred trading with brokers that are regulated by major bodies like the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC because that provides a level of protection and ensures transparency. For 99FX, I’d recommend being extra cautious and fully understanding the risks involved before making any deposits.
