Mentre il conto premium ha spread bassi, i requisiti per l'aggiornamento sono un po' restrittivi. Non si basano solo sul tuo saldo, ma anche sulla tua frequenza di trading. Ho fondi sufficienti, ma ultimamente ho fatto meno trading, quindi la mia richiesta di aggiornamento è stata rifiutata. Questa politica sembra un po' rigida. Anche con i fondi necessari, vengo comunque bloccato dal ricevere sconti. Non sembra ragionevole. Non possono essere più flessibili?

While the premium account has low spreads, the upgrade requirements are a bit restrictive. They're not just based on your balance, but also your trading frequency. I have enough funds, but I've been trading less lately, so my upgrade request was rejected. This policy seems a bit rigid. Even with the required funds, I'm still being blocked from receiving discounts. It doesn't seem reasonable. Can't they be more flexible?
