In my experience as a trader, one of the first things I assess before engaging with any broker is regulatory oversight, as it significantly impacts the trust and security associated with an institution. DONGXING FUTURES operates under regulation by the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), holding a futures license in China. For me, this regulatory status provides a baseline reassurance regarding their legitimacy and adherence to industry standards within their operating region. However, I am mindful that regulation alone doesn’t simplify all aspects of dealing with a broker. There are always additional considerations, such as the scope of products offered, transparency of trading conditions, and, very importantly, how they handle client funds. I note that the broker has been in operation for five to ten years. While this operational history can signal a certain level of stability, I remain careful, especially since there is mention of a "suspicious scope of business." This kind of note suggests that, as a trader, I should be thorough in my due diligence. Oversight from a recognized body like CFFEX is important to me because it can provide some level of recourse if issues arise. Nonetheless, I would never rely solely on regulation when evaluating my risks—caution and personal review of all broker policies are always necessary before making any serious financial commitments.
