As an experienced independent forex trader, I approach brokers with a cautious, methodical mindset, always prioritizing security and regulatory oversight. After reviewing the details on RCB, I must say that I have significant reservations about their legitimacy and trustworthiness. Firstly, RCB is not regulated by CySEC or any recognized international regulator, which is immediately concerning for me. Regulation is essential because it provides traders with legal recourse and oversight—without it, there's a heightened risk of malpractices and little to no protection if issues arise. Additionally, RCB has officially ceased all its financial operations and does not offer any trading platforms or services at present. In my experience, an inactive broker with no regulatory status represents a high risk, as there are no safeguards or means for recourse. The absence of available products, trading tools, or client support further reinforces that there is no real practical utility for forex traders here. While RCB may have had longevity and some reputation in the Cyprus market previously, the current situation is fundamentally different. I want to emphasize that in the forex industry, the lack of clear regulation and active services is not something I can overlook. For my own capital and for others in the trading community, I believe due diligence requires steering clear of such providers. In summary, from both a personal and professional viewpoint, I do not consider RCB to be trustworthy or legitimate for any trading or financial activity at this time.
