Importantly, Huatai International sets a daily cutoff for processing withdrawal requests at 11:00 AM, and any submissions after this time are processed on the next business day. Furthermore, severe weather events in Hong Kong, such as strong wind or black rainstorm warnings, may delay processing further. Given these operational realities, I do not rely on Huatai International for rapid fund access.
