As an experienced trader, I always prioritize regulatory oversight and transparent business practices when selecting any forex broker. With Agility Forex, I found the lack of regulatory supervision particularly alarming. Despite the company being based in Canada and having operated for several years, it currently holds no valid regulatory license. For me, this absence of regulation is a significant drawback. Without regulatory protection, there is no external authority overseeing client fund safety, dispute resolution, or fair business conduct—all of which are fundamental for my peace of mind and capital preservation. On the positive side, Agility Forex provides some operational perks. They advertise fund segregation, which is a necessary safeguard to keep client funds separate from company assets. They also offer international payments services and do not charge commissions on trades, which can be useful for those focused on keeping transaction costs down. The broker’s flat-rate delivery fee structure for international transfers is transparent, and I appreciate that smaller transactions have clearly disclosed fees prior to execution. Their 24/7 customer support is another convenience for traders who, like me, often need assistance outside traditional business hours. Nevertheless, compared to other brokers with established regulatory status, Agility Forex’s high risk profile and “suspicious regulatory license” status create too many uncertainties for me. While their fee structure and operational support may suit some users, I cannot ignore that the lack of regulation exposes clients to heightened risk regarding fund safety and business reliability. For my own trading, this risk is not something I’m willing to take lightly.
