Regarding customer service, my impression is shaped by the very limited transparency and communication channels provided. Although they do list a customer service email and phone number, I have not found sufficient evidence of prompt or helpful support when issues arise. For me, dependable customer service is crucial, especially during volatile market conditions or when technical glitches occur. With CDX, the lack of a robust, responsive support structure increases my caution. Platform reliability is another critical aspect. While I did not personally encounter catastrophic outages, the underlying issues around regulation and transparency make me doubt the platform’s long-term trustworthiness. I prefer working with brokers that have proven records and visible accountability to a reputable regulatory authority. In summary, while I haven’t experienced severe technical failures myself, the risks associated with CDX’s regulation and support make me unlikely to recommend them for serious trading activities.
