From my own review and due diligence, I found that Tifia is currently not overseen by any recognized financial regulatory authority. While Tifia was previously registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and held a Retail Forex License, that license has since been revoked. For me, the loss and lack of regulatory status is very concerning, as it fundamentally diminishes the safeguards typically provided to traders—such as proper fund segregation, recourse to complaints procedures, and some level of operational oversight. In practice, a revoked license from even a lighter regulator like VFSC means that Tifia no longer meets even their minimum compliance requirements. This leaves clients exposed to counterparty risk without external bodies to mediate disputes or enforce operational standards. My trust in any broker is directly tied to the transparency and accountability provided by ongoing, credible regulation. The reports of withdrawal problems and customer support failures, especially in absence of regulatory supervision, are red flags I cannot ignore. Ultimately, having traded with various brokers, I’ve learned that a lack of regulatory oversight sharply increases potential risks, so I approach such situations with the utmost caution and do not recommend committing funds to an unregulated provider.
