As someone who has traded forex independently for several years, I put a significant emphasis on broker regulation because it fundamentally impacts the safety of my funds. In the case of Track Fxx, I found that it lacks valid regulatory information and, according to all markers I reviewed, operates without meaningful oversight. This absence of regulation means there is no independent authority supervising their activities, setting client protection standards, or providing a framework for recourse in the event of disputes or misconduct. For me, this creates a level of risk that is not worth taking, especially with so many regulated brokers available. Why does this matter so much? With regulated brokers, my deposits are often held in segregated accounts, and robust audit trails are required—basic safety nets set by government-backed regulators. Without these assurances, as is the case with Track Fxx, I have no guarantee of how my funds are handled or whether withdrawal requests will be honored reliably. In my experience, this regulatory vacuum removes one of the most critical safeguards any trader should demand. Therefore, for my risk appetite and trust requirements, Track Fxx’s regulatory status does very little—if anything—to protect client funds. I would urge fellow traders to be extremely cautious before committing capital to a broker in this position.
