OpenMarkets is a legitimate financial services firm that has been operating since 2004. However, its regulatory status has changed, and its previous ASIC Investment Advisory License is now listed as "exceeded." While the firm may still offer services, such as managed accounts, execution, and risk management, the absence of a current regulatory license makes me question its legitimacy in the current landscape. From my perspective, the openmarkets login process may still work, but the firm’s lack of active regulation could expose traders to unnecessary risks.
