From my own research into UFX, I can confirm that it was once regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 127/10, but that license has been revoked. This means it currently operates without active regulatory oversight, which for me is a major red flag. Trading with an unregulated broker like UFX means there’s no investor protection from a financial authority if things go wrong.
