While the MFSA regulation is a huge pro, there are some limitations that come with it. One of the main cons for me is that Tier1FX cannot process applications from residents of certain countries, including the United States, Iran, North Korea, and Japan. This is a downside for traders from those regions who may be interested in using the platform. I understand that this restriction is due to regulatory compliance, but it can be frustrating for potential traders who are eager to use a regulated broker like Tier1FX. Additionally, while Tier1FX is regulated, it’s important to note that regulation alone doesn’t guarantee a perfect trading experience. A regulated broker can still have issues such as slow withdrawals or poor customer support. So, while the regulation adds a layer of security, it’s not a perfect solution. In my tier1fx review, I would mention these regional restrictions as a potential drawback for traders from certain countries.
