Without regulation, there is no guarantee that ACM is following the necessary standards to protect traders and their funds. In my opinion, this lack of regulation is a major drawback. When logging into ACM login, I would want reassurance that my funds are safe and protected, something that an unregulated broker cannot guarantee.
The absence of regulation with ACM means that there is no legal oversight to ensure fair practices or provide compensation in case something goes wrong. Without regulatory oversight, traders face a higher level of risk when using the platform. From my experience, regulated brokers offer a much safer environment for trading, and this is a key reason I would hesitate to open an ACM account.
