The platform's customer service isn't slow to respond, generally getting a response within 10 minutes during the day. They're also quite patient in answering questions. However, once I asked about "how overnight interest is calculated," the customer service sent me a formula. I didn't quite understand it, so when I continued, they simply said, "Just follow the formula," without providing any examples.
