However, while SFC regulation adds a degree of credibility and investor protection, I remain cautious since the scope of their license centers primarily on futures contracts, not specifically forex or other instruments. There are also notes about a “suspicious scope of business” and “suspicious overrun,” suggesting that while ChaoShang is authorized by the SFC for certain activities, their operations might extend beyond the original licensing, which could raise some concerns about compliance.
