In practical terms, this means they do not open accounts, accept deposits, or process withdrawals for retail traders. As a trader, what this means for me is that there isn’t a conventional withdrawal process or a set of typical client-facing KYC documents as one would expect with regulated retail brokers. Furthermore, regulatory details flagged by reputable sources indicate serious concerns about the legitimacy of their licensing. The platform appears to be using a suspicious clone CySEC license and has even lost its prior investor compensation protections. This significantly elevates the risk level and poses severe red flags in terms of trust and fund security. As a matter of risk management and personal caution, I would avoid engaging with Leverate altogether as a private individual—there simply isn’t an established, transparent withdrawal process for retail traders, nor is the regulatory environment reassuring enough for me to consider starting. My advice is to always verify a broker’s regulatory standing and ensure they are properly set up for retail operations before discussing withdrawal procedures.
