In my experience as an independent forex trader, transparency on account types is essential when evaluating a broker, especially for those who require specific options such as Islamic (swap-free) accounts. After closely examining the information about C&S, I found no indication that they offer Islamic or swap-free account options. In fact, C&S appears to have significant limitations: there is not even a provision for demo accounts, and their range of tradable instruments is restricted solely to commodities, excluding forex, stocks, indices, or crypto. For me, these factors raise concerns, but the most crucial issue is C&S’s lack of regulatory oversight, which further complicates matters for anyone seeking ethical or Sharia-compliant trading. As a trader prioritizing risk management and compliance, I find it problematic that C&S operates without any recognized regulation and has notable gaps in basic offerings. Without explicit confirmation of swap-free account availability, and given the absence of crucial alternatives like demo accounts, I would not assume C&S supports such account types. For anyone requiring Islamic accounts, I would urge extra caution and recommend considering regulated brokers who clearly advertise swap-free options and robust client protections.
