I also note DALU provides multiple customer support channels, which suggests some operational transparency. However, as I dug deeper, two significant red flags affected my confidence. Firstly, DALU deals exclusively in futures and does not offer forex or other diversified instruments, which limits flexibility for traders like myself seeking a broader asset choice. The more material concern comes from the user reviews: both are severe warnings detailing high losses, aggressive sales tactics, high fees, and questionable practices involving third-party intermediaries allegedly lacking proper qualifications. Even though personal experience and testimonials should be weighed with care, stories of aggressive upselling and blocked withdrawals always make me extremely cautious, especially when paired with a "Suspicious Scope of Business" tag on official records. In summary, while DALU’s regulatory standing is a baseline positive, my own risk standards prevent me from viewing DALU as highly credible, especially for non-local investors or those looking for a transparent and well-supported trading environment. The potential risks—both operational and reputational—seem to outweigh the regulatory credentials for me. I would be very conservative in my approach and avoid committing meaningful capital until all concerns are clearly addressed.
