As an experienced trader, I always prioritize broker legitimacy and regulatory standing when assessing where to place my capital. In evaluating DEGUSSA, I found several cautionary red flags that make me exceptionally wary. The most pressing for me is that DEGUSSA operates without any valid regulation. In the forex and financial services space, lack of regulatory oversight significantly increases the risks to client funds—meaning should any disputes or insolvency issues arise, customers would have limited recourse or protection. The company has been active in Germany for five to ten years and offers a variety of services centered on precious metals, such as gold savings plans, lockers, and private wealth services. However, the absence of official regulatory status, the presence of a "suspicious regulatory license" warning, and the high potential risk rating are all major deterrents for me. Additionally, the unclear fee structure and narrow language support contribute to my unease. From my perspective, when a broker does not meet even basic regulatory standards, that alone outweighs any potential benefits of their product range or reputation. For these reasons, I personally would not consider DEGUSSA a legitimate or trustworthy choice for trading or wealth management. Anyone contemplating their services should exercise great caution and consider more transparent, regulated alternatives.
