Based on my hands-on experience with RKFS, I exercise heightened caution when evaluating both their customer support and platform stability. While the broker promotes 24/7 live support and various contact channels, my interactions have sometimes felt inconsistent; on a few occasions, response times were slower than I would expect from a firm managing financial assets. This raised my concerns about reliability, particularly since timely support is paramount during fast-moving market conditions. Regarding platform stability, RKFS uses their proprietary Sanjhi Poonji system. For me, although basic trading functions on the web and mobile applications usually worked without major interruptions, there were instances of lag during peak hours that caused delays in order execution. As flexibility and execution speed are crucial in forex and multi-asset trading, such issues may expose traders to risks like slippage or missed opportunities. A significant underlying issue is that RKFS operates without regulatory oversight. For me, this amplifies any minor problem into a larger concern because there is no regulatory body ensuring the broker maintains fair practices or addressing grievances if technical or support issues seriously affect trading outcomes. Overall, while I did manage to navigate their system, my trust in support and stability remains limited—making it imperative for other traders to remain vigilant and consider these factors before committing significant funds.
