After thoroughly evaluating Consilium’s profile, I must clarify, as an independent trader, that Consilium does not offer trading in indices like the US100 at all. According to my research, their service is strictly limited to products such as trusts, structured products, funds (including pension and income funds), and shares. Notably, there is no indication of forex, indices, commodities, or ETF trading being available. As a result, questions about specific trading costs for indices like the US100 aren’t applicable in Consilium’s case. For me, trading costs are critical when evaluating a broker—things like spread, commissions, overnight financing, and slippage all factor into long-term profitability and risk management. However, with Consilium, the nature of their product lineup falls outside what most retail or active traders would expect from a traditional forex or indices broker. I also noticed their regulatory details raise caution: while their South African FSCA license is listed, WikiFX clearly flags a suspicious scope of business and high risk. That, combined with a lack of transparency on fees, reinforces my hesitation. In my experience, if your core trading strategy revolves around indices like the US100, you will need a broker specializing in this area, with fully disclosed cost structures and transparent regulatory standing—qualities I do not find in Consilium’s profile. My advice: exercise caution and look elsewhere if your goal is indices trading.
