Although the firm presents itself as an established player, its current regulatory status raises red flags; specifically, Maven operates with an exceeded FCA license, which in my view means they do not hold a valid or active regulatory authorization. This aspect alone significantly undermines my confidence in their reliability and suggests potential risks for traders. On the matter of customer service, I have found their transparency wanting. Details about support availability and responsiveness are lacking, and there are indications that their alleged UK office address was found to be unstaffed during previous investigations. In my experience, reliable customer support is non-negotiable—any ambiguity around access to assistance can quickly become problematic, especially when dealing with complex markets or urgent account issues. Given Maven’s questionable regulatory credentials and the notable lack of clarity around their operational setup, I personally would hesitate to engage with their platform for any significant trading activity. For me, trust depends on clear regulation and robust, accessible support—elements Maven appears, at best, to offer only superficially.
