From my own assessment and years of experience in trading, due diligence around regulatory oversight is non-negotiable. In the case of DALU, I confirmed that the company operates under the regulation of the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). They hold a futures license (No. 0188), issued to 上海大陆期货有限公司. For me, the presence of oversight by a recognized regulator such as CFFEX provides a baseline level of operational legitimacy. In China, futures brokers must obtain such a license to offer related trading services, and CFFEX’s regulatory framework does help establish some safeguards for customer funds and trading protocols. However, I have also learned to remain cautious, as regulation does not eliminate all risks. The presence of regulatory oversight means there’s at least an official body monitoring core activities, but in my view, it’s always important to look further. I consider the actual trading experience, transparency, and customer feedback as additional layers of security. For DALU, while their regulatory status is a positive, I approach all engagement carefully, monitoring for signs of irregularities or conflicts of interest. This approach serves me best, especially when weighing a broker’s credentials against the realities of market behavior and customer outcomes.
