Based on my careful review and experience evaluating brokers, I must stress that Daman Securities is not licensed or overseen by any recognized financial regulatory authorities. Despite stating that it operates out of the United Arab Emirates and having been in operation for several years, the broker does not hold a valid regulatory license. This lack of regulation is concerning for me as a trader, primarily because a regulatory body’s oversight is fundamental for ensuring that a broker follows strict operational, ethical, and financial standards. When no official body monitors a broker, risks escalate—there is less legal recourse in disputes, and client funds are not subject to mandated safety protocols. Moreover, during my due diligence, I observed multiple serious warnings and user reports about withdrawal issues and funds being withheld under the pretext of additional payments or taxes. I have developed a strong skepticism toward any broker that cannot demonstrate clear, verifiable regulatory status. For my own trading, I require transparency and the protection afforded by legitimate regulation; without such oversight, I believe it is prudent to exercise substantial caution. Therefore, I cannot consider Daman Securities to be a safe or properly regulated broker, and I would not entrust it with my capital.
