In my experience as a trader carefully evaluating platforms, I found that Mega Securities does not currently offer MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), or cTrader. Instead, their suite consists of several self-developed platforms, including Mega Fortune Securities (which is available on mobile), Global Finance (for PC), as well as Trillion Wins, Mega HTS, and Credentials. Each of these platforms appears tailored to different device types and trading styles, focusing on local market requirements. For someone like me, who is accustomed to the standardized interface and widespread community support of MT4 and MT5, this is a significant consideration. MT4 and MT5 are widely recognized for their robust charting tools and large ecosystem of third-party indicators and Expert Advisors, which benefit traders who prefer automated or highly customized strategies. Not having access to these tools with Mega Securities means I would need to adapt to their proprietary platforms and possibly forego some functionalities that are important for my trading routines. While their platforms might be suitable for Taiwan-based equities and futures trading, my approach always favors transparency, flexibility, and a clear understanding of offered technology before engaging with a broker's ecosystem. As a cautious trader, I recommend other traders clearly assess whether these proprietary platforms meet their own technical and strategic needs before proceeding.
