The official website is periodically inaccessible, which immediately affects transparency and access to information. Furthermore, while they hold an authorization from Hong Kong’s SFC, other key regulatory statuses (notably the UK FCA) have been revoked, and there are ongoing doubts around their Japanese licensing. For me, regulation is only effective if it’s clear, current, and rigorously enforced—which here, feels questionable. What really matters to me are actual user experiences. Regular reports of withdrawal problems and being asked for unexpected “individual taxes” or fees prior to withdrawal are deeply unsettling. As a trader, the ability to deposit and withdraw funds smoothly is non-negotiable. Even if some users mention positive customer service, the recurring issues with access to funds outweigh these positives.
