North Pacific Bank (NPB), despite being an established institution in Japan, is not regulated for trading or investment activities. The bank mainly focuses on savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investment trusts, and it does not hold any financial trading license from Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA). For me, the lack of regulation in trading services raises concerns, especially when I consider engaging in financial trading.
