Definitely not. As someone who has been trading for years, I know regulation gives a broker accountability, fund segregation, and dispute resolution mechanisms. Without it, like in Solid ECN’s case, I have to rely only on my own due diligence and risk controls. In my solid ecn review, I emphasize this as the number one thing traders should note before opening an account.
