AS-TEM is not a legitimate broker in terms of regulation. The absence of regulation means that AS-TEM has no legal obligation to protect client funds, nor are they held accountable by a reputable financial authority. This makes the broker highly risky for traders. Additionally, AS-TEM’s domain registration was only made in 2024, which is quite recent for a broker that claims to have been established in 1962. The 'client Transfer Prohibited' status of the domain adds to my concern, suggesting that there could be issues with the site’s ownership or transferability. A legitimate broker should have a transparent history and be able to prove its trustworthiness, which AS-TEM fails to do. As a trader, I always prioritize safety and transparency when selecting a broker. Given the lack of a solid regulatory foundation and the unclear status of their domain, I would consider AS-TEM to be neither safe nor legitimate.
