OnEquity broker is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) with license number SD154. From my experience, the regulatory environment in Seychelles provides some basic oversight, but it’s not as stringent or globally recognized as regulations from the UK’s FCA or Cyprus’ CySEC. For me, this raises concerns, especially when dealing with large amounts of capital. While OnEquity login may seem secure and the platform appears professional, the offshore nature of its regulation means it lacks the investor protection mechanisms that a more well-known regulator would provide. As a trader, safety is my top priority, so I would proceed cautiously when considering OnEquity broker. I’d recommend thoroughly researching the broker and considering only smaller investments until I am more comfortable with its regulatory status.
