In my opinion, no, Morfin FX isn't regulated. They're registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, but honestly, this jurisdiction doesn't have a solid financial regulator for brokers. For me, this is a concern because without regulation, I wouldn’t feel confident about the safety of my funds.
