AMP Global broker is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 360/18. This provides a level of security and accountability for traders, as CySEC is a well-respected regulatory body in Europe. In addition to CySEC, AMP Global is also supervised by the National Futures Association (NFA) in the United States, although its regulatory status with the NFA is marked as "Exceeded," meaning its scope surpasses typical NFA limitations. While the regulation under CySEC gives some level of confidence regarding the safety of client funds, the "Exceeded" status with NFA may raise concerns about the level of oversight. From my perspective, AMP Global review suggests that while the broker offers great market access, due diligence is essential when selecting a regulated broker, particularly if your funds or assets are subject to different regulatory regimes.
