OneStepFix offers customer support primarily through email, and personally, I find that a bit limiting. I’m used to having multiple channels for support, like live chat or phone assistance, especially when I need urgent help. While email support works fine for non-urgent issues, I’d prefer more immediate responses. I would test their response time first, perhaps with a small query, to see how quickly I can get answers. If their support is responsive and professional, I might feel more comfortable using them as my go-to platform.
