As someone who always checks regulation first when doing a LegacyFX review, I found that LegacyFX is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC, license No. 344/17) and also holds an offshore license from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC, license No. 14597). CYSEC regulation means client funds must be kept in segregated accounts, which gives me more confidence. However, VFSC is offshore and offers weaker protection, so I still stay cautious with my funds.
