Yes, Investing24 is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC). I checked that their licensed entity is Fxnet Ltd, with a Market Maker (MM) license number 182/12. For me, CYSEC regulation means they must follow EU rules like fund segregation, but I still stay cautious because regulation alone doesn’t remove all risks.
