VCG Markets is not much popular among traders and investors, but it is active in the forex market and can swindle those who are not aware. So this is a broker you need to be cautious about. This broker has several major red flags you need to know about to protect your money. Read this article to know VCG Markets.
1. Disappointing Score

One of the most concerning signs for VCG Markets is its extremely low rating on WikiFX, a well-known platform for evaluating forex brokers. VCG Markets holds a score of just 2.23 out of 10, which is a clear warning sign. A low score indicates a high level of risk for traders. It suggests that the broker may not have strong security measures, transparent operations, or a reliable track record.
2. Weak Regulation

While VCG Markets claims to be regulated, the body overseeing it is the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSCM). This is not considered a Tier 1 regulation. Tier 1 regulators, such as the UK's FCA, Australia's ASIC, or US's NFA, have strict rules and provide strong protection for client funds and assets. In contrast, the FSCM is a less stringent regulator. This means that the level of protection for traders and the broker's accountability may be much lower.
3. Dissatisfied Users
We checked the reviews of this broker on internet. We found users are calling VCG Markets “scam” and warns other do not invest with VCG Markets . It's a strong indicator of potential scam activity. The lack of a long-standing reputation further complicates matters, as there isn't a history of positive reviews to balance out the negative feedback.

4. WikiFX Warning
Further research into VCG Markets reveals even more concerning information. A warning has been issued by WikiFX, a well-known forex broker evaluation platform. According to the warning states:
“Warning: Low score, please stay away!”

5. New Broker

VCG Markets is a very new company, founded in 2022. This is a major point for traders to consider. A new broker has not been around long enough to prove itself. It doesn't have a long history of happy customers or a strong reputation in the market. This means you are taking a risk with your money because the company's future is not certain.
