This trading platform is absolutely terrible. I deposited funds and traded for three days, earning over 700 in profit using a quantitative EA. They claimed it was a violation of rules and only returned my principal while deducting the profits. Fine, I can accept the deduction and just stop using this platform. But when I asked them to return my principal, they refused unless I signed a voluntary agreement to forfeit the profits and admit to violating their rules. They force you to sign this agreement to absolve themselves of all responsibility before releasing your principal. I hope regulatory authorities penalize such shady platforms and expose them widely to prevent more traders from being scammed.
