Dear customer, thank you for your email. According to the process of withdrawal, a customer is requested to provide us with the proof from the bank, if his bank card is frozen. However, you didn't. Besides, you need to send email to backoffice@fxtm.com if cannot show the proof, and other withdrawal method is available after we record the information.
