The profit of the transaction in the morning was about $900. The problem that the position could not be closed appeared and it was closed multiple times. The position can't be closed. The transaction log has a record that the application for liquidation has not been executed, which caused the account to not only spit out all the $900 of profit in the morning, but also incurred a principal loss of $7324.97, with a total loss of $8225. I contacted with the customer service by wechat, email and telephone for more than a week. They did not take the responsibility. I exposed it and wanted to struggle for compensation.
