In June 2026, all my orders in XAUUSD began to be instantly rejected — even with ample margin and an open market — on desktop AND in the official app. Then, my wallet was also blocked for withdrawals. I received an email closing my account alleging "activity not in accordance with the contract," without specifying which clause. I requested, in writing, twice, a breakdown of the amounts and the exact contractual basis. They never responded to this. On July 1, 2026, without prior notice, they zeroed out the USD 7,878.08 that was in my wallet (debits registered as "Reverse" and "Manual Adjustment").
