The platform had advertised "USD/INR spreads as low as 1.2 pips," but between August 29 and 31, the spread increased from the usual 1.5 pips to 8.3 pips, which was 5.5 times the normal level. On August 30, I traded a standard lot of USD/INR, and just the spread cost me ₹6,800, which was ₹5,450 more than usual. Customer service responded in English, citing "insufficient liquidity," but refused to provide information about the 25 liquidity providers they had claimed to have. The quotes from liquidity providers are not that low, and the platform's forced liquidation mechanism is flawed. I hope this incident will be exposed as a warning to others, urging them not to use this dishonest platform; it is untrustworthy.
