The platform's "multilingual customer service" is quite comprehensive. I tried asking in English and Japanese, and both sessions went smoothly. However, one night, I asked a question in Korean, and the customer service replied, "The language specialist is offline," forcing me to switch to English. Daytime service, however, is excellent. I asked about spreads in Thai, and the customer service representative explained everything clearly and professionally, much more so than other platforms I've used.
